北京现在画廊2004年成立于北京，座落在北京工人体育场内，临湖而建，展示空间自行设计自行建造，面积230平方米，展线61米,采光充沛柔和。

北京现在画廊是一家经营中国现在前卫艺术的国际化专业机构．北京现在画廊创立之初的宗旨是“把中国现在艺术留在中国”、“把中国现在艺术留给世界”。

2007年初北京现在画廊拓展第二空间，地点在上海莫干山路50号(M50艺术区内)，展厅两层，占地500平方米，展线170米，设有独立的影像厅和资料库，为进一步实施实验性、国际性的展览计划、积极推介新锐艺术家及优秀作品创造了更加完美的空间。

继2004年画廊开幕展“911之后――杨少斌个展”轰动中国文化界后，北京现在画廊又多次举办了一系列具有国内外影响力的个展和群展。2007年6月,北京现在画廊和德国Arndt&Partner画廊在瑞士苏黎世联合举办了张发志个展;7月,北京现在画廊上海站举办的李博和雷本本双个展引起国际关注，并被Artnet在纽约选为当日头条及当月画廊。随着逐渐建立的庞大的国际交流体系，收藏和信息网络，北京现在画廊已跻身并活跃在世界舞台。

北京现在画廊参加了众多国际博览会和艺术节，如2006年和2007年艺术北京博览会,2006年意大利博洛尼亚博览会和佛罗伦萨博览会,2006年和2007年中国国际画廊博览会,2007年台北艺术博览会和上海当代艺术博览会，2006年以及2008年的西班牙ARCO博览会等。

BeijingArtNowGallery(BANG)wasfoundedin2004,locatedinsideoftheBeijingWorkersStadium.Itoverlooksasmallbridgeonalake.TheexhibitionspaceofBeijingArtNowGallerywascreatedtoaccommodatethegallery’sspecificpurposesandneeds.Thespacecoversanareaof230squaremeters,andincludesanexhibitionlineof61meters,withplentyofnaturallighting.

BeijingArtNowGalleryisaninternationalprofessionalinstitutewhichdealsChineseavant-gardeart.OneofthemaininitialtargetsofBeijingArtNowGalleryistosupportChineseartnowinChina,andtoarchiveChineseartnowintotheworldarthistory.

Inordertoprovideafurthercreativespacetopresentmoreexperimentalandinternationalexhibitions,promotingmoreyoungartistsinthefuture,atthebeginningofyear2007,BeijingArtNowGalleyextendedasecondsitetoNo.50MoganshanRoad,M50inShanghai.Theexhibitionspaceoftwofloorscovers500squaremeters,170meters’exhibitionline,installedwithvideoroomanddatabaseindependently.

Afterthe“Post9/11–YangShaobin’sSoloExhibition”shockedthroughouttheChineseculturalscenein2004,BeijingArtNowGalleryhascontinuallyheldmanyinternationallyinfluentialsoloandgroupexhibitions.InJuneof2007,BeijingArtNowGalleryandGermangalleryArndt&PartnercooperatedZhangFazhi’ssoloExhibitioninZurich;inJuly,thedoublesoloexhibitionofLiBoandLeiBenben’shasenjoyedgreatattentionglobally,theshowwasalsoselectedastheexhibitionofthedayontheArtnethomepageandthemonthlynewsletterbyArtnetinNewYork.Ontheprocessofestablishingthebroaderinternationalcommunicationsystem,thecollectionandinformationnetworks,BeijingArtNowGalleryhasplayedactivelyintheworldwideartscene.
